Radish Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. radishes
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 large onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Grind radishes, celery and onion.
    Put in a large bowl and mix well.
    Add other ingredients.
    Let stand overnight or at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook for 10 minutes. Put in hot sterilized jars.
    Makes 3 1/2 to 4 pints.
