Kapusta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    3 eggs
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 head cabbage
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine hamburger, eggs, salt, pepper, rice and 1/3 can tomato juice.
    Make into meatballs.
    Put layer of cabbage, meat and sauerkraut.
    Pour rest of juice over it.
    Add water.
    Bake 1 hour or until cabbage is done.
