Low Calorie Beef With Peppers And Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. minced pared ginger root
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. thinly sliced red bell pepper strips
    3/4 c. trimmed snow peas, stem ends and strings removed
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    8 oz. broiled flank steak, thinly sliced diagonally across the grain
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In 12-inch no-stick skillet, heat oil.
    Add ginger and garlic and saute until garlic is golden.
    Add pepper strips, snow peas, mushrooms and green onions and saute until tender-crisp.
    Add steak and cook, stirring constantly, until heated through.
    Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
    Each serving is 342 calories (39 g. protein, 14 g. fat, 16 g. carbohydrate).
