Microwave Caramel Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (14 to 16 oz.) bag caramels
Preparation
    In large, glass bowl, combine sugar, milk and butter. Microwave 2 minutes.
    Mix well and microwave 5 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
    Add caramels and microwave 45 to 60 seconds.
    Beat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into lightly greased 8-inch square dish.
    Cool and cut into pieces.
