Cheesiest Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    8 c. (3 lb.) peeled, shredded baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Gruyere cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter or margarine in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Add minced garlic. Brush to coat bottom and sides of dish.
