Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes, diced
6 slices bacon, diced
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, diced
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Mix together.
Put in a greased oblong 3-quart glass dish. Cover with foil.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Continue baking at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours until done.
Uncover during last 1/2 hour.
