Pork Chops L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Season and brown chops on the top of the stove.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle rice in pan.
    Pour orange juice over rice.
    Add chops on top.
    Pour chicken stock (well salted) over chops.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
