Green Bean Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lamb or beef, cubed
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 lb. green beans
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Place meat in pot.
    Cover with water; let boil for half an hour, skimming broth.
    Wash and cut beans.
    Add to meat and cook until meat is tender.
    Add onion, tomatoes and spices.
    Fry garlic in butter; add to beans.
    Cook until beans are tender. Serve with fluffy rice.
