Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Town House)
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour; stir in pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks; mix well. Spoon mixture into 1-quart greased casserole baking dish.
