Mexican Cream Cheese Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Process well. Let tortillas get soft at room temperature.
    Spread mixture on tortillas.
    Roll tortillas up tightly.
    Line up in 9 x 13-inch casserole, cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 3 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator, slice tortillas in 1/2 inch rounds.
    Serve with Pace's medium Mexican sauce.
