Colorado Curried Tuna Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans Albacore tuna
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 onion - chopped
1 red pepper - chopped
1/3 c. sour cream (can substitute mayo)
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 c. celery - chopped
curry to taste

Preparation

Mix and chill, serve with crackers and veggies.
