Low-Sodium Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (6 oz.) cans no-salt tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil in a large saucepan.
    Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
