Southern Punch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c. sugar
11 single crushed graham crackers
1 c. pecans, ground in nut grinder or food processor
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix ingredients together and put in pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool thoroughly.
Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
