Turkey Cobb Salad(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 leaves lettuce
1 1/2 c. turkey, cooked and cut in 3/4-inch pieces
2 medium chopped tomatoes
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
4 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
3/4 c. sour cream
2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
12 whole pitted ripe olives
1 c. salsa
Preparation

Individually prepare 4 salad plates.
Line plates with lettuce. Distribute turkey, tomatoes and avocado on plates.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Top with sour cream, green onions and olives.
Serve with salsa.
