Corn And Potato Chowder(Yields 8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    5 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1 (1 lb.) can whole corn, drained
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut bacon into small pieces.
    Combine bacon and onion in a 4-quart casserole.
    Cook on High for 9 to 11 minutes or until bacon is cooked and onion is tender.
    Stir halfway through cooking time.
    Drain.
