New England Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken thighs or drumsticks
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown
    chicken in small amount of oil.\tBrown the onion and then simmer with all remaining ingredients for 30 minutes. Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
