Homemade Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pork or beef roast
    1 to 2 jars Bull's-Eye barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the roast in a large frying pan.
    Place in 5-quart crock-pot.
    Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
