Turkey Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hard-cooked egg
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic
1 green onion
1 stalk celery
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. shredded turkey
Preparation

Chop egg very fine and mix with mayonnaise.
Add ginger, crushed garlic, onion and celery, minced very fine.
Add curry powder, salt, lemon and turkey.
Add white wine, if desired, to make a thinner dip.
