Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 slices bread, cubed
1/2 c. butter
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Saute bread in butter until lightly browned.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into buttered casserole. Top with crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Good with ham salad.
