Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiled potatoes, 1/2-inch diced
    2 c. ham, 1/2-inch diced
    1/2 small onion, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. butter (do not brown)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk (heat)
    2/3 c. shredded cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Butter 2-quart casserole.
    Add cubed ham, cheese, sauteed onion and butter; stir.
    Then mix flour and milk and heat.
    Pour over potato and ham mixture; salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir thoroughly; sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs (Italian flavored are best).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
