Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, pared and cut in small pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 c. milk, divided
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked ham, chopped
Preparation

Cook potatoes, onion and celery in water until tender.
Add seasonings and 2 1/2 cups milk. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add to potato mixture and bring to boiling point.
Cook about 5 minutes.
Blend in sour cream and butter. Add ham.
Heat thoroughly and serve immediately.
Yields 6 servings.
