Breaded Pork Chops - Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 pork loin center cut chops, thin cut
    3 eggs
    pinch of rosemary
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    pinch of parsley flakes
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
    olive oil
Preparation
    Trim pork chops; remove marrow and fat.
    Wash chops and pat dry.
    In bowl, beat eggs and add spices.
    Add pork chops to egg mixture and mix well.
    Place bowl in freezer for 3 minutes (so egg coagulates on chops and bread crumbs stick better).
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 with grill in center.
    Remove chops from freezer; cover both sides with bread crumbs.
    Place in shallow baking pan sprayed with Pam and lightly spread with olive oil.
    Cook each side 20 minutes.
