Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and half of flour.
    Beat for 2 minutes with fork.
    Add shortening and half of flour.
    Mix until easy to handle.
    Knead until dough
    is smooth. Cover and let stand in warm place until double in size.
    Pat into pizza pan.
    Top with favorite toppings and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
