The Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until custard is set.
