Sawdust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
7 egg whites, unbeaten
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
whipped cream
1 large banana

Preparation

Preheat oven.
Combine sugar, coconut, pecans, graham cracker crumbs and egg whites in bowl.
Mix well, but do not beat.
Turn into unbaked pie shell.
Bake until filling is set at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Mix sliced bananas with whipped cream and spoon over each slice and serve.
