Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 c. boiling water
    3 small pkg. dessert topping mix or use Cool Whip
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large angel food cake, torn into 1-inch pieces
    1 can shredded coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add hot water.
    Add to sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.
    Chill until thickened.
    Prepare 2 packages dessert topping mix according to directions on package (or use Cool Whip).
    Fold into pineapple gelatin mixture.
