Italian Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1 small pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
4 green onions with tops, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook noodles.
Mix sour cream, cream cheese and onions together and add to noodles.
In large casserole dish, arrange layers of meat mixture, noodle mixture and Cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
May be frozen. Serves 8.
