Fran'S Chicken Liver Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, peeled and cut up
1 very small garlic clove, peeled and quartered
1 egg
1/2 lb. fresh chicken livers
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Put onion, garlic and egg in blender.
Cover and process for 1 minute at high speed.
Add chicken livers; cover and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and blend at high speed 2 more minutes until smooth.
Pour into well-buttered 2-cup souffle dish; cover with foil.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Remove foil; cool.
Cover and chill overnight.
