Speedy Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 cans corn
2 cans Ranch Style beans
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. large tortilla shells (soft)
1 box Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Brown beef and mix the corn, beans, tomatoes and soup together. Place shells in a pan and put 1 scoop in the shell and roll.
Place the cheese on top.
Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes.
