Souper Spud Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheese
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix hash browns, sour cream, grated cheese, and soup and pour into 9 x 13 buttered pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
