Jessica'S Homemade Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. rib meat, deboned and skinless
1 lb. chicken, deboned and skinless
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 jar Pace Picante sauce
1 can (8 oz.) corn
1 can (8 oz.) peas
1 can (8 oz.) lima beans
1/2 c. steak sauce
1 can (16 oz.) diced potatoes
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut meats into 1/2-inch pieces and season to taste. Put meat into Crockpot or slow cooker. Fill with water and cook on low heat. Two hours later add tomatoes, Picante sauce and steak sauce. Continue cooking on low heat. One hour before serving turn to high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Makes 6 quarts. Cooks 8 hours.
