Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    3 potatoes, sliced
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in own fat.
    Place in Dutch oven or roaster. Cover with slices of onion, green pepper and tomato soup.
    Cover and bake at oven temperature 350\u00b0; baking time for 1 hour.
