Low-Fat Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size chicken
    4 stalks fresh celery
    pinch of poultry seasoning
    Kraft Free nonfat mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil chicken in large pot to disperse fat.
    Place whole pot in refrigerator overnight.
    The fat will congeal and can be removed with a kitchen knife or spatula.
    Remove meat from the bones; cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Place in bowl with about 3 tablespoons of nonfat mayonnaise and celery; mix with spices.
