Cranberry Orange Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. cranberries
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in bowl.
Mix cereal and milk in another bowl and let stand 3 minutes.
Stir well.
Stir in egg, oil and peel.
Add to flour mixture; mix enough to moisten flour.
Fold in cranberries. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 muffins.
