El Grandeo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. chili mix
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain and add chili mix according to directions.
    Add tomatoes and simmer while rice cooks.
    Line bottom of dish with rice.
    Spread meat mixture on top.
    After mixing cheese soup with milk, pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
