"El Toro" Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. water
    3/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Cube cheese into a crock-pot.
    Add water and remaining ingredients.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
