Barbecued Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. bacon fat
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, milk, meat, onion, salt and pepper. Form into patties with your burger press.
Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar and catsup.
Brown the burgers on both sides in the hot bacon fat; add the sauce.
Cover and cook 10 minutes. Makes 8 hamburgers.
