Pasta With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. bow tie pasta or spaghetti, cooked and drained
    fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside at room temperature for several hours.
    Serve over hot pasta.
    If desired, garnish with basil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
