Roast Chicken Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 loaf white bread, cubed (about 8 to 10 pieces)
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. raisins
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until bread has absorbed all the egg.
Lightly salt and pepper chicken cavity and add stuffing.
