Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water with coloring
1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in saucepan.
Add liquids; stir.
Cooking over medium heat, stir constantly until stiff (less than 5 minutes).
