Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
3/4 c. evaporated milk
3 c. tortilla chips
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Brown beef, onions and garlic; drain.
Mix soup, sauce, milk and meat; stir well.
Line bottom of casserole dish with tortillas and place around side of dish.
Pour half of mixture on tortillas and sprinkle with half of cheese.
Pour rest of meat mixture and top with remainder of cheese.
Bake until hot and bubbly at 350\u00b0.
