Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chicken
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1 (3 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt margarine.
    Coat chicken with flour and cook chicken in skillet over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
    Set chicken aside.
