Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
13 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Sift flour and 1/2 cup sugar together 4 times.
Mix egg whites, cream of tartar, salt and flavorings with beater until soft peaks form.
Add the remaining sugar in 4 additions; fold the flour mixture into the egg whites.
Turn into an angel food cake pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
