Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, grated
    1/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. each: oregano and paprika
Preparation
    Mix the beef, bread crumbs, milk and onion thoroughly.
    Shape into bite size balls.
    Brown in margarine all around.
    Pour off the fat.
    Mix the wine, catsup, oregano and paprika.
    Pour over the meatballs in the skillet.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Keep checking so they don't burn.
    Serve spiked with toothpicks.
