Chunky Garden Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. tomatoes
1 c. green peppers and/or 1 c. banana peppers
1/2 c. onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
mixed herbs and spices
hot peppers (optional)
Preparation

Blanch tomatoes; peel and core.
Cut into chunks.
Cook slowly over low heat.
Add small chunks of green or banana peppers, chopped onion, diced garlic and cut fresh and dried ground herbs and spices.
Add hot peppers to taste.
