Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine (to brown steak in)
    1 lb. round steak, cut in strips across grain of meat
    2/3 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3 oz. mushrooms with juice
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. prepared egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown round steak in margarine.
    Push meat to side and stir flour into any meat drippings.
    Add water and dry soup mix. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add sour cream and mushrooms in juice to form stroganoff gravy.
    Serve over prepared egg noodles.
