Spudnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. warm milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 pt. lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
flavoring
6 eggs
Preparation
-
To 1 pint warm water, add the dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Mix yeast mixture and all other ingredients, except flour and eggs.
Beat in the eggs, then mix in flour.
Do not knead! Roll, cut and deep fry.
Glaze.
