Quick Healthy Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried black beans (by Bearitos)
    3/4 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. grated light Cheddar cheese (by Cracker Barrel)
    1 pkg. (7-inch) authentic pressed tortillas (by Zapata)
    2 Tbsp. organic salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    If desired, add 2 tablespoons organic salsa to this mixture.
    Place mixture in the center of tortilla and fold.
    Next, place all burritos on a microwave-safe dish and cook on High for 1 minute, uncovered.
