Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 lb. light brown sugar
5 eggs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream butter and cheese together.
Mix in flour a little at a time, creaming after each addition.
Chill about 3 hours.
Break off pieces the size of walnuts (depending on size of muffin pan) and with fingers, pat dough to cover bottom and sides of each lightly greased muffin cup.
