Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 stick margarine or butter
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. water or chicken broth
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can chicken soup
2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
-
Saute onions, bell peppers, celery and green onion in margarine or butter.
Place in a large greased casserole with all other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
